The following tasks await you:
- Maintenance and care of the Windows Server, VMware and HyperV environment as well as the SQL databases (MS Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Maintenance of the Office 365 / MS Azure environment
- Management of cloud services such as storage environment
- Maintenance, upkeep and further development of the network environment incl. Firewall
- Administration and maintenance of the telephone system
- Ensuring security through access controls and backups
- Needs analysis and evaluation of software and hardware, procurement planning
- Install and configure software, systems and components
- 1st and 2nd level support for employees
- Project work in the context of innovations, extensions, etc. Development of an internal wiki incl. technical documentation, manuals and IT guidelines
You have the following profile:
- Completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist, IT technician or also career changer with relevant experience
- Several years of experience in a comparable environment
- Experience in the Microsoft world, with SQL databases and network environment (HPE knowledge an advantage)
- Initiative, independent and structured way of working
- High problem-solving competence, service orientation and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. Very good German and good English skills
