The following tasks await you:
- Selection and evaluation of new suppliers, especially in the area of contract manufacturing
- Relocation of manufacturing within the framework of outsourcing and insourcing projects
- Support for make-or-buy decisions
- Optimisation of internal and external manufacturing and assembly processes
- Controlling and further development of suppliers for external production
- Technical clarification with suppliers and the development department
- Support of strategic purchasing in award decisions
You have the following profile:
- Successfully completed computer science degree, technician with relevant focus or comparable training
- Degree in engineering or comparable training (master craftsman/technician)
- Several years of experience in work preparation, industrial engineering, purchasing or similar.
- Sound knowledge in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Navision knowledge an advantage
- Experienced handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a team and structured way
- Strong communication skills, quick comprehension and flexibility
- Willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
