The following tasks await you:
- Processing and dispatch of orders incl. Order confirmation control and delivery date tracking
- Clarification and elimination of supply bottlenecks
- Obtaining and evaluating offers
- Cost and price monitoring
- Technical clarification with suppliers and the development department
- Processing of complaints and repair orders
- Supporting production planning with demand and scheduling planning
- Support of strategic purchasing in the selection of suppliers
You have the following profile:
- Successfully completed computer science degree, technician with relevant focus or comparable training
- Completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training
- Several years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing industry (mechanical engineering)
- Sound knowledge in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Navision knowledge an advantage
- Experienced handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a team and structured way
- Negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills, quick comprehension and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
