The following tasks await you:
- Technical contact for the company’s product portfolio for sales, project management and service
- Prioritisation and coordination of the work within the engineering division for the maintenance, improvement and further development of the product portfolio, taking into account the quality, deadline and cost plans
- Collaboration on the product roadmap and its implementation
- Supplier definition and selection as well as planning of tests for new components and assemblies
- Sub-project management of development projects and technical coordination with customers
- Reporting to the CTO of the Photonics Systems Group
You have the following profile:
- University degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, physics or a comparable course of study
- Professional experience in plant engineering or laser technology
- Knowledge of at least one high-level language (Java, C#, C++) or scripting language (Python etc.)
- Basic knowledge in the field of mechanical construction
- Good technical skills and an analytical working style
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills and customer affinity
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
