The following tasks await you:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the employees in the area of mechanical construction
- Further development of the department through continuous elimination of weaknesses
- Further development of our machine platforms for laser processing with a focus on consistent standardisation, modularisation and customer benefits
- Close coordination with the sales, project management, work preparation, production and other development departments
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards
- Coordination with customers and suppliers as part of the general design work
You have the following profile:
- University degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in the field of construction, ideally with personnel responsibility
- Sound knowledge with PTC Creo or comparable
- Extensive knowledge in automation technology and plant construction
- Organisational skills, initiative, high assertiveness as well as goal-oriented and structured way of working
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
